PLEASE READ: ENTRY AND CHECK-IN GUIDELINES

Who can attend?

• All current undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to attend.

• Students that have graduated in the Fall of 2025 will be welcome to the event.
• This event is NOT open to outside guests or alumni (besides F'25 graduates).

Security & Entry Policies:

• Bags are not permitted on the lawn.
• Outside food or drinks are not permitted (water will be provided).
• Students will be asked to dispose of all food and drink before approaching the Check-In tent.
• Staff will not hold items for any student, if an item is not permitted it must be disposed of, or the owner must remove it from the premises before checking in.
• Alcoholic beverages and controlled or illegal substances may not be brought onto the Lawn.
• If a student appears visibly intoxicated they will be refused entry. Follow up may occur with Student Conduct.
• Disorderly attendees inside the Lawn are subject to ejection and follow up with Student Conduct.
• SELD reserves the right to determine what items are deemed appropriate for entry

Check-In & Re-Entry:

• Students are permitted to line up by the front of Lyons Lawn as early as 11:30AM.
• Students are encouraged to RSVP in advance to ensure smooth check-in.
• When checking in you will be asked to present your RSVP/ticket or your Canisius ID.
• After successful check-in, a staff member will place a wristband on your arm to ensure re-entry. If your wristband is removed you will not be permitted to re-enter the Lawn.

Food/Drink Tickets & Giveaway:

• Students will receive 1 Entree, 1 Dessert, and 1 Drink ticket after successful check-in. Students may not trade in tix for others (ex. 2nd dessert ticket instead of a dinner ticket).
• Menus can be found under the "Fest Feasts" Tab. GF and Vegan options may vary based on vendor.
• Students will receive a giveaway AFTER they receive their Food & Drink tickets.
• Giveaway items will be distributed while supplies last.
