Start this new semester intentionally with a self-care retreat designed to teach you simple relaxation and de-stressing tools.  You'll learn simple restorative yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness techniques and engage in a supportive sharing circle to cultivate your own ideas about how you will self-care, mind-body-soul, in this new semester intentionally.
